By booking or using Access transportation services, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Bookings and payments
All bookings must be made through our website or authorized channels. Payment is processed securely when the trip is confirmed. Displayed prices include the items shown in the booking summary; any additional services carry an extra cost.
3. Cancellations and changes
Cancellations and schedule changes are subject to the policy in effect at the time of booking. We recommend contacting us as early as possible to adjust your trip without issues.
4. Passenger responsibility
The passenger is responsible for providing correct information (flight, address, number of passengers) when booking. Access is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
5. Onboard conduct
We reserve the right to end the service if the passenger engages in conduct that endangers the safety of the driver, the vehicle, or other passengers.
6. Changes to these terms
Access may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon posting on this site.
